If the payment has been deducted and order has not been placed as expected, then kindly wait for some time and it will show up once it gets authorised from your bank. it usually happens in 10-15 minutes on its own. But in case order is not placed even after 15 minutes then human intervention may be needed.


Sometimes multiple payments may get deducted due to interuption in the transaction process. In all such cases, either the unauthorised transactions get's reversed or it may get processed successfully. We will need to check it with gateway for exact statuses as it depends on case to case basis.
