Most shipping delays have been observed when the addresses provided are incomplete or having insufficient landmark or incorrect pincode which make the packages lose track when in transit. There have been cases when couriers are not allowed to pass a certain entry checkpoint in office, society, institution or hospital for completing deliveries due to high security. Such packages are marked undelivered and they stay with the courier for manual updates. We request you to kindly keep informed the concerned person to accept deliveries when you are not available on premises.
Most of the locations in India can be serviced in less than 7 days easily, but there are still certain pincodes which have very thin reachability and serviceability. In such cases, the orders may take extra time pertaining to local issues or situations of particular city/state.
We do follow all guidelines of state which are laid down by government bodies of the state for transportation, so in case of any unexpected change in local govt regulations, courier may experience process slowdown and hence delay in delivery of such orders may be experienced. Though this is a vary rare scenario, but such orders cannot be cancelled till they move forward or till they are returned back to us. They are considered in transit.
